A course that is a gift of healing - and a retreat

Relieve Yourself, Achieve Yourself!

With our fundamental breathwork course, you’ll first get to experience deep healing breathwork sessions and you get to learn the power of healing and heart-based healing. We will then take you on a path of self-discovery and you can learn how to hold one on one breathwork and healing heart work sessions and transform lives.

We will also introduce you to “Ha” breath which is the breath of life. This breathwork technique can be used in all sessions including one on one sessions, couples’ sessions, workshops, and retreats as well. After you’ve participated in all modules, you will then get a practicing certificate based on your own set amount of practice. You’ll be insured to hold your own sessions, retreats, and workshops as a result.

We also encourage you to join our private online Facebook group where you can learn from other facilitators and share your own experiences and knowledge as well.     

Nalu massage training offers you an opportunity to be an agent of change and help other people make their lives better. If you’re wondering, how to be a certified massage therapist, look no further. All our courses are certified, and you can get certified through them!  Knowing some basic breathwork techniques can be a massive help in transforming our own lives. Although there are some more complex types of breathwork for more complex stress management, some fundamental exercises can be good for you too.

Retreat Space in Rimbo Stockholm

Our 3-day Breathwork instructor training course is being held at a beautiful retreat space in Rimbo, Stockholm, nestled in amongst the trees in the deep, scandinavian wilderness, anly an hour away from the hustle and bustle from Stockholm City. There are good communications from the airport, and if you are coming via trains and buses, we can organize pickup from the local bus stop.

We start each morning with a beautiful, nutritious breakfast, some movements and connections.  Then we dive deeply into our breathwork practice. You will receive 3 nutritious, vegetarian meals, snacks and a variety of tea and coffee. 

Accommodation is included, and for local participants, we can offer a reduced rate if you choose not to stay with us. 

The breathwork course is practically focused, with theory weaved in and applied as we move through the content. By the end of the three days you will receive your certificate and accreditation as a breathwork facilitator!  

This will be a weekend experience full of healing and connection, as well as learning a new modality.

Day 1:

Check in from 8.30am onwards

10.30am – Welcome drink

11.am – Opening circle at the with introduction to breathwork and breathwork meditation

1pm – lunch

2pm – The power of the breath, contraindications for Breathwork and 1:1 Breathwork demonstration and practice

5pm – Finish for the day and provate time to reflect by the lake

6.30pm – Dinner

7.30pm – Meditation or down time

9pm – Quiet time

Day 2:

6:30am – Sunrise by the lakeside

7.30am – Nalu Energy Moevemnt

8am – Brekfast

9.am – The ‘Ha Breath’, The Breath of Life demo and practise, holding space, the autonomic nervous system

12:30pm – Lunch served

1:45pm – Ha breath practise and Healing Breath

5pm – Finish for the day and provate time to reflect by the lake

6.30pm – Dinner

7.30pm – Meditation or down time

9pm – Quiet time

Day 3:

6:30am – Sunrise at the lakeside

7am – Nalu Energy movement

8am – Breakfast

9.am – Heart Breathwork and how to incorporate them into your practice, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system

11:30am – Wave breathing, a typical breathwork session (stand alone or part of massage), using Breathwork with couples or small circles

12:30pm – Lunch

1:15pm – Healing, relaxing breathwork, heart space breathing, practical

5pm – Close and certificates
