Her life took a dramatic turn when she discovered the transformative power of Breathwork on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii, during her Hawaiian Lomi Lomi healing studies. Having dedicated most of her life to healing through massage and other modalities, Jen now seeks to empower others to do the same for their communities. She’s on a mission to help you find your soul tribe and bring the power of breath to your local community, promoting optimum health and well-being for all.

Jen’s journey with Breathwork began as a personal quest for healing and self-discovery. She found solace and strength in the practice, and it became her mission to help others experience the same profound transformation.
